End of first week and first 100 miles on the Colorado Trail

After 1 week on the trail and 100 miles under our belt, we took a break in Dillon and stayed a couple of days with great hosts, Mike and Gail at their Airbnb.

As soon as we got into town, Mike and Gail picked us up at the trailhead and brought us to pizza in Frisco

While in Dillon, our friend Greg drove out from his home in Nederland and we sailed on Lake Dillon, in one of his company’s Sage 17s.

After some sailing and lunch, we played some disc golf in Dillon with Greg and his girlfriend Meghan.

A couple of days rest for Sandra’s feet, a feast from Domino’s and on we go to Segment 7 (Gold Hill to Copper) .

Next, we head into the Tenmile Range.
