Last time on this blog, we were enjoying the Canadian Rockies and we’ve now finally made it to Vancouver Island in B.C.. We thought we might be here for a week or so, but we ended up spending 3 weeks on this island – lots of wild beaches, wild weather, rainforest, big slugs & bigger trees. We didn’t pay for 1 single night of camping while we were on this island – great boondocking to be had here. Send us a comment if you’d like to know more about free camping on Vancouver Island.
Vancouver Island – great place to visit, tons of wildlife, wild beaches, free camping – highly recommended.
Join us next time, when we take the RV back into the US, via the ferry from Victoria and we’ll discuss the trip expenses from the Canadian section of our year-long road trip.
