Falling in love with the Canadian Rockies: Kootenay, Banff & Jasper

During our last couple of posts, from our year-long RV trip blog, we brought you to Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta and Glacier National Park in Montana (together they form the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park).

From this US/Canada border area, we headed north to 3 great Parks Canada national parks:

  • Jasper National Park

This is the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies and home to the Icefields Parkway, where you can drive right by the Columbia Icefield and visit the Miette Hot Springs (Have you noticed a theme here? All three of these awesome parks have their own hot springs, which we really enjoyed after some tough hikes in these mountains).
